Job Description
Leader in long term care services is looking to add a Scheduling Manager to their team.  

In this role you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the schedules for over 100 caregivers to ensure each client's needs are fulfilled.  

- Track and record all absentees and call ins 
- Prepare on-call schedule 
- Maintain all schedules and availability 
- Assist with the audit of time cards and schedules 

1-2 years of staffing/recruiting experience 
Strong customer service experience 
Ability to arrange multiple schedules
