Job Description

Looking to make a change? The payroll manager will be responsible for a 500+ employee payroll. The position will work heavily within ADP and Ultimate.

We are looking for someone that has processed payroll, but also has worked closely with HR in prior positions. If you are a strong communicator, system savvy and someone who likes to improve process and procedures this role is for you! 

 

Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll

Work within ADP, Ultimate and Excel

Maintain and update new hires, terminations and pay changes

Prepare and summarize payroll reports

Work with internal staff to resolve payroll discrepancies and field questions

Recommend process and procedure improvements

Meet deadlines and quick turnaround 

 

 

Requirements:

Degree is strongly preferred

Ability to run with projects independently

Work within Excel, ADP and Ultimate 

Professional demeanor

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proven work history
