Our client is looking to hire an experienced executive assistant that is experienced in accounting as well. This opportunity is stable, fast pace and offers a professional work environment downtown Milwaukee.

 

Responsibilities:

-Schedule, organize and execute events and meeting
-Handle daily bookkeeping
-Assist with payroll
-Assist client with administrative tasks
-File management
- Proofread legal documents
- Compose letters
- Prepare for meetings and assist with personal assistant duties

 
Requirements:
Minimum of an Associates Degree
3+ years of prior accounting and administrative work
Strong hands-on skills with Excel
Professional demeanor
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Longevity and solid work history
Professional services industry would be ideal
