Egencia is seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Manager, Metrics and Reporting who is curious, an outstanding pragmatic problem solver and collaborator.

You will work closely across global teams to ensure that we have the right data and the right tools to make the right decisions. If you have experience in data architecture, designing reports, using data visualization tools and delivering keen insights at a high-growth B2B company, we are looking for you to join our Marketing Operations team.

What You Will Do:

  • Design and develop measurement and performance tracking reports across a mix of channels and campaigns, identifying trends and summarizing insights into weekly and monthly updates
  • Build reports and dashboards in Salesforce.com and Tableau to provide transparency into the results of all marketing and sales pipeline activity
  • Benchmark current marketing activities, performance and investment against historical performance, and industry standard methodologies to make recommendations for investment decisions
  • Provide ad hoc reporting in response to new testing and launch strategies
  • Assist in developing data driven strategies to drive marketing forecast and attribution models
  • Partner and provide requirements to internal/external analytics specialists

  • A solid grasp of the marketing and sales demand waterfall
  • Super-curious and a lover of how data drives insights and decisions
  • The authority on our marketing data structure, preparation and manipulation, knowing how each report is built and owning it
  • Passionate about finding creative and relevant ways to deliver insights to optimize and scale marketing programs and campaigns
  • A super user of Salesforce and Tableau and discoverer of new solutions to enable your colleagues to be more forward-thinking

What You Bring:

  • You know B2B, you know marketing, you advocate for data driven frameworks, you have global marketing experience - a plus!
  • You have proven experience (3-5 years) working in data and marketing/sales and reporting applications (such as Marketo, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Tableau, Redshift, AWS or similar technologies) and coding experience for data visualization - SQL required
  • Proficiency across a wide range of technologies related to the storage, transfer, integration, visualization, and analysis of large and sophisticated data sets - another plus!
  • You have strong documentation, organization, prioritization and interpersonal skills including addressing executive leadership, and peers across the organization
  • You demonstrate the ability to handle and prioritize across multiple initiatives with a willingness to ask questions and a desire to communicate openly with your peers and managers
  • You hold a BA/BS degree in Analytics, Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, or related fields
