This role will support the Commercial Systems' overall DCX objectives, implementing & coordinating strategies for profitable growth through enhanced efficiency and easy to do business experience.
Provide strategy and priority guidance for business(es) s/he represents regarding digital activities (eg. digital campaigns for IMCs, requirements for enhancements, web content needs, etc.)
Coordinate decisions across business units where alignment is required
Request website and product content enhancements and document associated requirements to improve online experience
Implement product data changes as needed to support accurate and complete description of the products.
Perform analysis on available website, search, and campaign performance metrics and make appropriate recommendations for improvements
Serve as SPOC and/or project manager for various digital projects to support the business group (eg. eCommerce customer onboarding)
Works closely with Inside Sales and Customer Service to develop customers tools to access and conduct business on Regalbeloit.com, improving the customer experience for all customers and reducing the cost of service for smaller customers.
1-2 years of experience in project management/coordination
Experience providing requirements direction and/or agency guidance to support business objectives
Experience working across numerous teams or within a matrixed organization
Experience managing digital campaigns such as social media marketing, display ads, search marketing, etc.
1-2 years of experience in IT consulting
