We're looking for a creative Small and Medium Enterprise Marketing leader to transform our go to market. Utilizing commanding knowledge of the SME buying process and influence models, this leader will develop positioning and own the end-to-end marketing execution. We'll succeed with a customer-first approach based on the day-to-day life of an SME Egencia prospect and customer to bring together Global Marketing, Product, Sales, Analytics and Customer Succes to increase customer acquisition, improve customer experiences and increase automation that simplifies execution and reduces costs.

This role requires a balance of strategic go-to-market leadership and flawless execution and operations against the strategy. You should be analytical, pragmatic in how to get things done quickly, and confident working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. Areas of specialty should include digital marketing in both direct and indirect route to market sales models.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop the strategy and go-to-market plans to drive new customer demand, retain and grow existing clients. Partner with Marketing, Sales, Account management, Analytics, and Product teams to develop and execute GTM business plans including lead generation and customer adoption, engagement and retention
  • Obsess over customer experience journeys, identify improvement opportunities, and drive transformational programs with true business impact. Use data to optimize acquisition funnels and existing client engagement across all routes to market
  • Develop and maintain deep understanding of the customer segment and provide insights back to all teams that result in improved capabilities and experiences

Who You Are:

  • You have 5-8 years of marketing experience, including campaign management ideally in a B2B SaaS platform vendor
  • You are a big thinker with a small ego, willing to teach, ready to learn, and able to produce powerful campaigns that increase client lifetime value
  • Curious, a lover of data and enjoy digging into the story behind the data
  • You understand how campaigns impact the organization health and business at large

What You Bring:

  • Customer-first orientation with deep expertise in small and medium enterprise segments in a B2B software or travel company
  • Tight-knit collaboration and influence at all levels. Expect questions about experience with consensus building
  • Compelling ability to tell a story using data to inspire change
  • BS/BA + running global B2B marketing programs in software, high tech, travel or management consulting. MBA a plus
