Job Description:

Job Duties

  • Conduct market research, analyze trends, and speak with contractors and insurance carriers to understand construction estimating and claims management across the country.
  • Communicate with clients to understand needs, workflows and guidelines, and implement changes to the pricing database to support these.
  • Attend both internal and external meetings with stakeholders (clients, subject matter experts, account managers, product managers, etc.) to consult on project goals and requirements to create innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with CoreLogic data team as needed for specific project objectives.
  • Drive client projects forward through defined goal and timeline prioritization.

Job Qualifications:

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in property insurance claims
  • Experience in estimating best practices, quality assurance, or re-inspection
  • Proficient with Xactimate and/or Symbility software
  • Strong problem solving, reasoning, and critical thinking
  • Comfortable presenting to large groups
  • Outstanding writing, editing, and communications skills
  • Self-starter and self-motivated
  • Data analysis skills
  • Strong skills in MS Excel
