Job Description
- Prepare material for shipping to outside vendors
- Final inspection of parts from machining department
- Keep current with ISO Gage Calibration process
- Schedule tooling for sharpening or repair
- Receiving and inspecting incoming material
- knowledge of steel machining processes, components, functions and assembly of overhead cranes, preferred.
- Good knowledge of bearings, seals
- Able to read engineering drawings to perform final inspection for machining, parts and components. .
- Knowledge of purchasing for a machining environment, preferred.
- Above average computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, JobBoss a plus.
- Knowledge of machining inspection equipment and maintenance of CNC and manual machines
