Responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory using several different processes and determining the cause of any inaccuracies.
Provide analysis to management on inventory discrepancies
Coordinate and assign inventory control procedures
Communicate with purchasing and other departments as needed to research discrepancies
Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures
Maintain inventory cycle count and physical inventory programs
Count and reconcile random or selected part numbers and/or locations on a daily basis
Assist in developing solution to shortages, overages and inventory discrepancies
Adjust parts into stock that are received for managed inventory purposes
Prepare RAW material cycle count lists
High School Degree required; two- year Associates Degree preferred
2-3 years of manufacturing inventory experience.
Strong math skills
Strong communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis
Forklift / pallet jack experience preferred
