College of Lake County is looking for a qualified candidate for an Adjunct Faculty position for Mechatronic Professionalism and Communication at our Lakeshore Campus.
The successful candidate will teach a course in professionalism for the Mechatronics Cohort at the College of Lake County Lakeshore Campus. The topics include: Job search, workplace communication, soft skills, etc.

|Required Qualification|| |
1) Bachelor's in Communications, Industrial Education, Education, or a related field.
2) Ability to work effectively and constructively with persons of diverse cultures, gender identities, language groups, and abilities; demonstrate sensitivity to and ability to work with the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural and ethnic backgrounds of community college students, faculty, and staff, including those with disabilities; establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
3) Competency in technologies commonly used in college level instruction.
