Inside Sales Real Estate Agent
$35,000 base salary plus commission and incentives = $75,000 - $100,000 possible income.

Exsell Real Estate Experts is looking to add a Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to the team!

Responsibilities
· Prospect for new clients on a daily basis from various lead sources.
· Respond to inbound leads from all internet lead sources, sign calls, and etc.
· Schedule appointments for teammates.
· Input/manage client & lead databases.
· Conduct lead follow up & nurture leads until appointments are set.
· Manage all levels of communication and conversations from incoming leads by phone, email, text, and direct mail.
· Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers.
· Complete 50-100+ phone calls every single day.
· Give solutions, advice, and ideas to teammates and clients.
· Help build the future of real estate.

Skills/Education:
· Open to obtaining a Wisconsin Real Estate License.

· Openness to learning and embracing new tools, strategies, systems, and technologies.
· Must be decisive and able to take action.
· Grit, determination and a great team player.
· Awesome attitude is a must.
· Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
· Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients.
