The Telesales Account Executive is responsible for starting, growing and supporting all aspects of the business sales cycle, as you target new customers for Chaney Systems.  The primary work is telephone- based and is aimed at leveraging existing local clients and expanding market share.
 
Primary Job Responsibilities: 
        
- Prospecting:  Plan, organize and execute a plan targeting existing clients AND new prospects to establish Chaney Systems as one of their primary IT vendors.  Includes cold calling, customer relationship development, and closing business to meet pre-determined sales targets.  Focusing on specific product solutions and geographic territories to develop new business.  Calling quotas will be mutually agreed upon.
         
- Lead Qualification: 
Qualifying leads by budget, decision maker(s), purchasing process, competition and decision-making criteria.  Leads will be further qualified by various different technical and business criteria (business size, revenue, # of employees, # of workstations, etc.).  Documenting all qualification information in Chaney Systems CRM.
         
-Prospect meetings and other outreach:
Quickly identifying and enlisting additional resources required to win business.  Arranging and coordinating prospect and sales meetings, primarily via teleconferences and webinars but also personal/direct follow-up with outside sales team members.
         
-Pipeline development. 
Maintaining consistent phone times to build the pipeline of opportunities needed to meet revenue goals.
         
-Consultant role. 
Clearly communicating and understanding pain points to help identify the proper course of action.
 
 
Skill/education requirements:
         
                   Cold calling and full sales cycle experience. 
                   General understanding of IT Consulting Market.
                   Strong written and oral communication skills, with a goal-oriented focus. 
                   Perusing a degree in a business-related field; or equivalent job experience. 
                   Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
                   Excellent time management skills, with a proven track record of handling multiple priorities.
                   Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
