We’re seeking a hands-on “Help Desk Technician” to join our creative-minded team of professionals. Our IT Managed Service Support department desires someone that is ready to take their career to the next step, from being a great "help desk junky" to a great Technical Support Specialist! The Position
If you are passionate about customer service in regards to; research, analyzing and solve problems and have a positive attitude and strong drive to succeed, we want to hear from you today!  We’re currently seeking to add a highly motivated experienced Help Desk Technician, with not only the technical knowledge, but also the ability communicate effectively between clients and staff, documenting all troubleshooting,  and forwarding complex problems to appropriate staff.

Responsibilities Include: 
  • Basic knowledge of the following:
    • Networking Concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching)
    • Hardware knowledge for HP/Dell workstations and servers
    • Firewall Management and Implementation (a plus)
  • Provide remote & onsite IT Technical Support for end users requests in a timely manner
    • Map drives/shares
    • Solve connection issues
    • Remove viruses or spyware
    • Smartphone configuration and troubleshooting
    • Setup Outlook or other email clients, email archives
    • Create new users, email boxes & groups
    • Reset passwords or unlock accounts
    • Kaseya experience a plus
  • Install and configure applications, printers & printer settings
  • Basic knowledge with VPN and remote access solutions
  • Create, update, close, route and escalate tickets in CRM
  • Regular & predictable attendance are essential for this position
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Experience working in mid-sized environments with in house IT resources
  • Cloud computing support (Office 365, Google Apps)
  • Microsoft Group Policy Administration - any certs are a plus!
  • Wireless Implementation/management 
  • Corporate anti-virus remediation solutions
  • Kaseya
  • Hyper-V
  • Citrix
  • Mac OSX
