|Salary:||The starting salary will be between $32.89 and $39.00 per hour depending on experience, plus an add-on amount of one dollar ($1.00) per hour shall be paid to supplement the base pay of employees in this position. The pay schedule/range is 11-02. A 12 month probationary period is required. Candidates who are new to state service are eligible for a sign-on bonus of $2000 and must stay with SWC for a minimum of one year to retain the bonus.|

Employees who work between the hours of 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. will receive a night differential of $1.40 per hour worked. Employees who are permanently assigned to night shift will receive an additional $2.50 per hour worked. Employees will receive a weekend differential of $0.60 per hour for all weekend work hours.
