    Here is your chance! We are currently looking Drivers interested in obtaining their CDL while training on the job.

    As a Driver Trainee, you will learn the skills necessary to obtain your Class B CDL and get highly competitie pay while you learn!

    Upon successful receipt of your Class B commercial drivers license and good performance standing, you will be able to move into a Delivery Driver position with an increase in pay.



    • Determine condition of vehicle by inspecting vehicle before and after use; logging inspection; reporting requirements.
    • Maintain safe vehicle and conditions and protects load by complying with organization policies, procedures, highway rules and regulations.
    • Make deliveries of spirits, wine, beer, and other beverages by driving delivery truck to specific customers and unloading truck by use of dolly or hand truck.
    • Provide customer service by listening and resolving customer concerns.
    • Responsible for some paperwork because beverage alcohol laws require invoices must be signed when the product is dropped off.
    • Collect payment from customers and reconcile the assigned load with receipts and delivery invoice.
    • Return empty containers and rejected or unsold merchandise by making appropriate collections from customers.
    • Other duties as assigned


    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Valid Driver's License
    • Have an acceptable MVR as per our company Fleet Safety Policy
    • You must be able to successfully complete your Class B CDL within 90 days of hire
    • Pass pre-employment testing (drug screen and background check)


    • Bi-lingual a plus, but not required
    • Thinks outside the box; searches for innovative solutions
    • 1-2 years of experience operating a vehicle
    • Experience in customer service positions


    • Ability to lift cases 45-65lbs average which is the average weight on a regular basis
    • Ability to push/pull either 2 wheeler or pallet of cases
    • Must be able to lift 50-165lbs which is the average weight of a KEG depending on size.
    • Ability to operate manual and electric pallet jack
