CRM Technical Specialist

Description

  • Performs basic business analysis of system requirements.
  • Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with a basic understanding of business systems and industry requirements.
  • Designs and builds basic changes, extensions and enhancements to existing CRM applications, programs and reports.
  • Integrates software, develops external interface and maintains technical documentation.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves testing issues.
  • May support several components of a project or a complex component of a project.
  • Performs basic business analysis of system requirements and follows through the full development life cycle.
  • Identifies recurring issues and tests to determine best defect resolution.
  • Works with management, consultants, and end users to compile and implement enhancements and defect resolutions to CRM applications and interfaces.
  • Defines, tests, debugs, trains, implements, and supports one or more functional areas within the CRM System.
  • Researches business needs, identifies basic solutions and implements system change requirements.
  • Designs and builds basic changes, extensions and enhancements to existing CRM applications, programs and reports.
  • Translates business needs into technical requirements.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • PowerApps / Flow experience
  • Utilization of Production / Test / Dev / Stage environments
  • Experience participating in Agile development methodologies
  • Dynamics application languages (.NET MVC, C#, JavaScript/Angular, XML)
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field or the equivalent level experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
