Job Description
Seeking an experienced property maintenance individual.
$18-$24hr and up depending on experience and ability.
Must have vehicle with insurance, valid DL, basic tools.
Also must have a reasonably stable and verifiable work history.
We are looking for a long term hire.
We have great benefits including health insurance, vacation and holiday pay and more.
Property Maintenance duties include minor drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical...etc.
