Payroll Processor

One of Wisconsin’s most progressive automotive dealer groups is currently looking for an ambitious and highly organized individual to join their payroll department as a payroll specialist. This position calculates various payrolls for multiple dealerships, (hourly, salary and commission-based pay) using reports generated from various software applications and excel spreadsheets. Other job duties include posting pay to the general ledger and payroll-related schedule reconciliation along with handling human resource functions such as new hire paperwork, benefit package enrollments, and worker compensation claims. This is a full-time position.

Applicant MUST:
  • Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience calculating payrolls, with a good working knowledge of commission-based pay (Experience with technician flat rate based pay is also helpful)
  • Be proficient in excel
  • Be able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Have excellent organizational and mathematical skills
