One of Wisconsin’s most progressive automotive dealer groups is currently looking for an ambitious and highly organized individual to join their payroll department as a payroll specialist. This position calculates various payrolls for multiple dealerships, (hourly, salary and commission-based pay) using reports generated from various software applications and excel spreadsheets. Other job duties include posting pay to the general ledger and payroll-related schedule reconciliation along with handling human resource functions such as new hire paperwork, benefit package enrollments, and worker compensation claims. This is a full-time position.
Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience calculating payrolls, with a good working knowledge of commission-based pay (Experience with technician flat rate based pay is also helpful)
Be proficient in excel
Be able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail
Have excellent organizational and mathematical skills
Be an enthusiastic team player
