The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing client relationships and driving profitable revenue within the elite TalentScout division.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Profitable Growth: Work with Vice President to create and implement business development strategies for new account prospects and growth opportunities with new and existing eliteHCG client-partners.
Using the Strategic Selling sales model, research and identify client-partner prospects in and around SE Wisconsin to create an effective sales funnel to sell eliteHCG eliteTalentScout services.
Cold Call client-partner decision makers to introduce eliteHCG and to identify new business development opportunities.
Develop an understanding of all eliteHCG services and offerings and be able to identify cross-sell opportunities with prospective clients.
Leverage existing client relationships to expand eliteHCG service offerings in named accounts with existing activity in other divisions.
Create strategic and tactical plans to uncover and close a wide range of solutions based business within the firm’s breadth of services while embracing specific business development initiatives around market conditions.
Work with Division Managers to create and align eliteHCG solutions with both, prospect business goals and technical requirements.
Meet regularly with VP to review/coordinate sales efforts and build territory business plan.
Conduct discovery meetings to identify prospect-companies’ pains and challenges related to the talent acquisition process and how it affects their overall business initiatives.
Maintain the “one company, one goal philosophy”: Identify and refer sales opportunities for other eliteHCG divisions as appropriate.
Work with Division Managers to manage client-partner expectations through thorough needs assessment, expectations meeting, program architecture and effective program implementation to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
Manage existing client-partner expectations post-sale and collaborate with recruiting team to meet program deliverables.
Meet quarterly sales objectives consisting of revenue and profitability targets.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
4-6 years’ experience in business development for service-based solutions
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Strong understanding of talent acquisition and HR solutions
Energetic and positive team player
Solutions minded professional
High level of emotional intelligence
Creative thinker with the ability to communicate strategies at all levels of an organization
