This is a highly visible position and critical to our well-defined growth strategy.

This candidate will be responsible for customer retention, managing operations, and ensuring the overall success and profit-ability of renewal, upsell and cross-selling sales efforts across the Account Management team. This will be done through retaining and growing the company's account portfolio by fostering and building relationships with our customers.

The candidate we select will know what it takes to build strong and lasting relationships with customers.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out strategies to maximize sales performance towards meeting and exceeding revenue and profitability objectives
  • Manage a process around quarterly business reviews with customers and conduct them with existing accounts
  • Facilitate the transfer process of new and existing accounts successfully over to the Account Managers
  • Provide best-in-class customer service
  • Determine appropriate staffing requirements, hire, and train new employees
  • Monitor KPIs and continually make adjustments to improve results
  • Motivate your team to meet and exceed quotas and objectives
  • Assess the capabilities of each team member and work to fully develop them for a successful career at Infosoft

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in business-to-business sales or account management
  • Proven & documented track record of success
  • Proven ability to effectively delegate and manage through others
  • Ability to develop and train team members for future leadership roles
  • Ability to build long-term strategic and executive-level relationships
  • Basic knowledge of common computer programs, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, etc.
  • Effective oral, written, and listening skills
  • Excellent time management skills
