Position Summary:
  • Under direct supervision provides clerical and administrative support to field offices.
  • Processes data, generates routine reports and provides direct support to claim representatives.
  • Maintains office records, appointment calendars and travel itineraries.
  • Other duties include but are not limited to, answering telephones, filing, mail processing, document scanning, letter and other document preparation.
Additional Considerations:
  • This is a part time role, with an expected schedule of 29 hours per week.
Required:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • At least one year office work experience.
  • Working knowledge of current business software such as Word and Excel.
Work Traits:
  • Above average verbal and written communication skills, as well as, demonstrated competence in reading and basic mathematics.
  • Able to maintain strict confidence regarding information contained in assigned work.
  • Ability to professionally interact with all levels of branch personnel, as well as, clients, vendors and all other office visitors.
U.S. Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.   • Must be willing to execute Gallagher's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement which requires, among other things, post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality and non-disclosure.
