North Shore Bank's Tellers are the Bank's personal representatives for its customers, providing efficient, accurate and friendly service, who build strong relationships between the customer and the Bank. Our Tellers actively promote and sell North Shore Bank products and services.
Successful Tellers are comfortable in a sales referral role and actively engage our customers in meaningful conversations; ask questions to identify cross-selling opportunities; and make an appropriate blend of qualified referrals to other branch personnel and branch business partners.
In this role, you will also reach out to customers via telephone (and/or in person at our in-store branch locations), to develop banking relationships and inform customers of our products and services.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of related experience OR a 2- or 4-year degree from an accredited college or university and at least six months of related experience is required. Related experience includes a combination of cash handling, direct customer service, and retail or other sales. Must have availability to work Saturday mornings.
