In 2014 we invested in having a business consultant come in to our practice. We learned many tools to optimize case presentation to maximize revenues and we can teach a doctor to implement those tools. Our entire staff grew in their industry knowledge and our clinic's efficiency and productivity has steadily increased. We have installed state-of-the-art equipment.

Compensation is on a base salary plus productivity bonuses based on experience. New Grads can expect $100-150K their 1st year. Experienced doctors would be compensated for their experience level.

Current DVM would work side by side with new Grads, as their skills and confidence grow.
A young doctor would be given many more opportunities with us than what is the general practice in the industry.
