Job Description
We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant / Project Coordinator for one of our favorite clients located downtown Milwaukee. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with an award winning organization that would provide the opportunity to advance your career. We are looking for someone with a fun personality that has that GO-GETTER personality!

Qualified candidates must have the following:
  •  Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook (Calendar) and PowerPoint
  •  2+ years of prior administrative experience (Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, Project Coordinator, Customer Service, Event Planning)
  •  Great communication skills
  •  Strong organizational and detail oriented background
