Our direct client located in Franklin, Wisconsin is looking for a Part IT Help Desk Analyst to provide technical support in a contact center. This position is a contract position through the end of the calendar year with an extension possible.
You will take an average of 20 calls per day as the single point of contact for technical issues, requests, and questions for over support staff. You will provide phone support with remote access software. Support will include MS Windows 7, 8, and 10, MS Office 2013, 2016, and Office 365, laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices and mobile applications.
1 year or more of first level help desk call center experience
Experience with using and supporting MS Office and Outlook
Prior experience supporting Office 365 is a plus
The main support hours are 6am-6pm M-F.
