Lead and nurture the client service team to provide the very highest level of client service.
Work closely with the client service representatives to assess their competencies.
Monitor the quality of client service and correct / report concerns as necessary.
Ensure the front office is appropriately staffed and trained.
Provide mentorship to staff members.
Prioritize and direct workflow for the Client Service Department.
Monitor and maintain compliance with policies, procedures and protocols.
Provide ongoing training and education to elevate the level of client service.
Designate assigned responsibilities for employees in your department.
Develop innovative ways to improve the client experience.
Develop and deliver the processes to ensure a value-added client service experience.
Develop a collaborative working relationship with all hospital departments to ensure a professional, positive experience for the client.
Develop and deliver initial and ongoing education to the hospital staff on what client service is, and its importance and relevance in all positions in the hospital.
Act as liaison between referring veterinarians and the hospital by addressing concerns and facilitating problem resolution.
5+ years management experience
Compassion and empathy for animals, patients, clients, and others
Previous experience working or volunteering with animals
