Are you a computer whiz? Do you have hands on experience troubleshooting proprietary software in a call center environment? If you said yes to both of these questions Pro Staff might have a great opportunity for you! Our client is looking for Help Desk/Customer Service representatives to work directly with existing clients, helping them to trouble shoot and navigate their unique software systems.
Typical job duties will include:
*Taking a high volume of inbound customer service phone calls
*Assisting customers with software maintenance and troubleshooting
*Escalating customer concerns as needed
Qualified candidates will have:
*Excellent communication skills
*At least two years of previous help desk experience
*Above average problem analysis and problem resolution skills
*Superior technology proficiency
*At least a two year technical degree
