The Atlanta K-12 Market Leader at EUA provides leadership and guidance in building EUA's K-12 market in Georgia. This individual would work closely with EUA's Learning Environments BD team, the Denver K-12 Market Leader and the Practice Leader of Project Development to identify opportunities and strategies for building a K-12 presence in Georgia.

The Atlanta K-12 Market Leader role consists of five core responsibilities:

• Project Development - securing K-12 work in the Atlanta/Georgia region
• Relationship Development - building relationships with Georgia-based business partners and construction managers
• Collaboration - Best practices and knowledge sharing with K-12 experts in EUA's other offices
• Mentoring and Coaching - Growing and developing identified Atlanta staff in K-12 expertise
• Leadership - Driving the market of K-12 forward in order in the Georgia region to support and achieve the overall goals of business

The Atlanta K-12 Market Leader is responsible for the relationship development and retention strategy for K-12 clients and project work in Georgia. This market leader a seller-doer and would also support the project work. This individual would lead and support RFQ, RFP and/or interview efforts, track relationship development efforts (target, cultivating and retention relationships) to ensure growth in the market share. The Atlanta K-12 Market Leader also supports community engagement strategies which includes conferences, organization involvement, sponsorship and engagement, and individual engagement within the community. The Atlanta K-12 Market Leader is also charged with supporting staff recruitment and development for Georgia-based K-12 expertise. Finally, the Atlanta K-12 Market Leader coordinates closely with the Atlanta Office Leader as well as the Learning Environments Studio Directors and other office's K-12 Market Leaders.

Requirements:

• This is a salaried position
• Full time position; Licensed architect with 10+ years' experience in K-12 project work
• Billable

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Oversee Georgia targets and cultivating activities to ensure forward movement of K-12 project work in Georgia
• Represent the EUA brand in the community
• Support Atlanta Studio Director in relationship development, retention, business development strategies or interview, community engagement, etc.
• Support strategic hire candidate interviews for the Atlanta office
• Training to emerging professionals | seller-do/client facing team in Atlanta
• Support studio pursuits + relationship development
• Input in Partnering strategies and qualifying for National pursuits /specific expertise pursuits
