Job Description - Director, Consulting: Los Angeles, CA


Role Purpose

This is a full-time client dedicated role responsible for delivering Program Management services for our Real Estate client to achieve a progress transformation strategy for their business. This individual will be responsible for managing multiple program workstreams and bringing them together in an integrated strategy for the Head of Real Estate. They need to have a strong understanding of the responsibilities of each workstream, great client relationship management skills and a fast-paced consulting mindset.

They will work directly with our clients and cross-disciplinary group of JLL consultants to develop Real Estate solutions that meet our client's business needs.

The successful candidate will support multiple workstreams in a fast-paced dynamic business.

Responsibilities:
Work as part of a broader Program Management team to identify opportunities across the client's global portfolio and deliver on those opportunities through an integrated delivery workstream
Oversee a dedicated client consulting team, ensuring all workstreams are integrated and delivering on schedule and in expectation with deliverables
Project manage the quality of client deliverables, effectively lead the delivery team and their work across multiple workstreams, and own the day-to-day relationships necessary for delivery excellence
Provide service excellence by understanding key client business issues, supplementing standard techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating, and validating analysis and developing/delivering recommendations
Contribute to the development of the project engagement process, tools, and sharing of client deliverables to grow JLL Consulting's best practices
Build client and team relationships to establish trust and deliver on shared goals in a rewarding work environment
Responsible for project management of specific areas of the program9-
Staying up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to workplace design and strategy
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders


Qualifications and experience:
9-12 years of experience successfully leading and delivering consulting engagements for occupier clients related to Commercial Real Estate Strategy.
Must have experience in areas such as: Portfolio Optimization, Cost Optimization, Portfolio Strategy related to Mergers & Acquisitions, Workplace Strategy, Future of Work, and/or Program Management
Extensive experience and expertise using structured consulting methodology related to scoping, framing, and delivering consulting engagements that delight clients.
Experience influencing and relationship management at the senior executive level
Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to develop conclusions and recommendations
Proven track record in delivering projects on-time, on-budget within the scope that meets or exceeds stakeholder expectations.
Strong consulting mindset and desire to learn.
