Some of the day to day responsibilities include:

  • Communicate River Run’s service and product offerings via outbound phone calls

  • Assist with general sales projects, including compiling leads from online and other listings

  • Gather information to qualify new business

  • Work directly with Sales Team to set up appointments with qualified businesses

  • Shadow AEs at client sites to gain knowledge of the River Run sales process

  • Maintain and update client database as provided by Sales Department

  • Monitor and report on SEO initiatives

  • Other duties as assigned

Skills and Experience

  • Pleasant phone voice and demeanor

  • Outgoing and confident personality

  • Driven and innovative person who is focused on results

  • Must have strong organizational skills and a positive attitude

  • Ability to manage tasks and reprioritize when necessary

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Ability to work with limited direction

  • Client service attitude with excellent interaction skills

  • Strong client and team interaction focusing on:

    • Communication

    • Problem Solving

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Detail oriented

Transportation:
Must have a reliable car, valid driver’s license and valid vehicle insurance. 

Physical Demands:
The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, sometimes lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
