The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks in one or more fields (e.g., construction, electrical, heating ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, etc.) providing preventive maintenance services. Maintenance Technician I also performs general cleaning and other tasks as assigned to ensure minimal interruption t
