Observes patient in inpatient setting to ensure their comfort and safety. Communicates closely with the registered nurse to have a better understanding of the patient's needs, diagnosis, visual, auditory or language barriers, along with any other special considerations. Promptly communicates observations, concerns, and needs of the patient to the registered nurse. Ensures
