JOB SUMMARY We are looking for an IT Network Administrator to join our IT team and provide network support and maintenance. This person is accountable for helping ensure continuity of computer system services by providing the technical expertise, assistance, and project coordination necessary to install software products, modify/repair hardware, and resolve technical issues. Additionally, this role provides help desk support to the Company.
JOB DUTIES
Help maintain the organization’s computer systems and networks, including servers, workstations, email, mobile, and cloud-based services.
Ensure compliance with Company’s Disaster Recovery plan.
Work with senior IT personnel to ensure compliance with external and internal IT audits.
Assist in leading cyber security training for all staff.
Ensure all systems are up to date and secured from unauthorized access.
Identify and implement new technology solutions as necessary to meet business needs.
Install selected software and hardware products.
Repair hardware as necessary and work closely with service vendors to ensure continuity of service.
Stay abreast of the latest developments in MIS technology.
Manage network service agreements.
Research and resolve network problems caused by failed equipment, network connections, and software failures.
Provide technical assistance and advice to users as needed.
Recommend changes in software and hardware to improve computer capabilities.
Assist in implementing practices that will more effectively utilize MIS resources.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, & SKILLS
Minimum 2 years of related IT experience.
Associate’s Degree.
Organization skills.
Business acumen.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong problem-solving skills.
