JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a field Claim Representative with multi-line experience. Specifically, we are looking for an individual with property and/or casualty experience who would like to join a talented team of claims associates in a supportive and friendly environment. This individual will work out of a home office and handle claims primarily in the northern half of Wisconsin.

JOB DUTIES
- Investigates personal, commercial, property, and/or casualty claims as assigned by supervisor.
- Secures, preserves, and maintains all evidence necessary to complete a thorough claim investigation in accordance with company guidelines.
- Negotiates and settles claims in accordance with departmental expectations.
- Manages individual claim inventory and collaborates with peers to achieve department results.
- Communicates directly with customers in a positive, proactive manner throughout the claim's lifecycle.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a claims adjusting role.
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Insurance designation is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude.
- Valid Driver's License.
