Position Summary:
The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing proactive, well-organized, and timely administrative support and executive representation to internal / external stakeholders. Work is often of a highly confidential nature and requires attention to detail, proactive action, management of multiple priorities and implementation with minimal direction.
*Prefer full time hours but open to minimum of 30 hours per week.
Essential Responsibilities: (other duties as assigned)
Secondary focus:
· Assist HR team with planning company events
· Misc. items such as vending orders, stocking coffee in break rooms, supporting employee relation initiatives.
· Get involved in the FUN STUFF!!!

Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Flexibility and adaptability to changes in priorities
Discretion and confidentiality are a must
3–5 years of administrative experience
Strong attention to detail
Well-developed computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
