Lawn Care Technicians perform the following:

• Mowing and trimming lawns
• Shaping and pruning shrubs, bushes, and trees
• Fertilizer and pesticide application
• Seeding, sodding, and hydromulching
• Spring and Fall cleanups

This is full-time year-round employment, during the winter we do snow removal, training and complete maintenance projects.

To be successful on our Lawn Care Team:

• Landscape experience preferred ensuring client satisfaction with quality outcomes for projects and services
• A good work ethic and attitude
• Willingness to learn
• A degree in horticulture is a plus
• Wisconsin Cat 3 Pesticide license preferred 
• Focus on safety and process improvement
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

A valid Wisconsin Driver's License is required with a responsible driving record to drive our Company trucks.
