Over 250 landscape professionals, three dozen graduate horticulturalists, a dozen landscape architects, 20 certified arborists, carpenters, an agronomist, an entomologist, and 3,000 pieces of equipment. We work on cool projects that other companies don’t have the experience or the capabilities to tackle, all while using the latest and greatest equipment and technology.  Founded in 1959 by legendary landscaper David J. Frank, six decades later we are one of the largest landscape contractors in the nation and employ the largest landscape workforce in the state.  Nearly one hundred are dispatched daily to residential and public job sites.  Looking for experienced Crew Leaders to join our teams.

• A minimum of three years landscape experience ensuring client satisfaction with quality outcomes for projects and services
• Effective crew leadership by achieving results with your team
• Ability to balance accountability with inspiration to serve each other and our clients
• Willingness to learn (we have experienced coaches) and mentor others
• Commitment to modeling your expectations through daily work ethic and positive feedback for your team
• A valid driver's license (CDL preferred) and a responsible driving record
• A degree in horticulture is a plus, as is a Wisconsin Cat 3 Pesticide license
• Focus on safety and process improvement
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
