Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Facilities Technician.  We offer competitive pay with benefits.  

Responsibilities:
Obtain work assignments from Facilities Manager, contact person requesting repairs and determines type of repairs required. Respond to and complete work orders in facilities/MIS help desk. Perform property tending duties such as grass cutting, weed elimination, snow shoveling, parking lot clean up while awaiting assignments. Perform repairs to building fixtures. Perform plumbing repairs. Perform electrical repairs. Perform spot roof and parking lot patching. Replace HVAC filters, motors, belts. Must be available to be on-call rotation after hours. Move assorted office equipment, desks, shelves, and tables. Run and maintain all powered equipment, i.e., weed whacker, hedge trimmer, snow blower and leaf blower. Check operation of company vehicles and arrange for gas and regular maintenance.

Qualifications:
  • Applicants should have basic plumbing and/or electrical experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer and office application skills
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Valid Wisconsin driver's license with current auto insurance
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours and overtime when needed
