Join our team who is committed to the delivery of the highest quality health care service. We are seeking a full-time Clinical Support Assistant that is self-motivated, energetic, and a take charge individual.
Responsibilities Include:
Complete and process forms and other patient generated paperwork
Process assigned tasks as per established standing orders, including Refill Requests, Form Prepare
Maintain assigned operational maintenance projects, including but not limited to CLIA materials controls, Joint Commission exam audits, Medication/Sample supply, UC Supply, Emergency care materials
Autoclave materials, run and document in-house spore testing, and maintain needed par levels for all procedure kits/Instruments
Provide translation for non-bilingual staff as assigned
Assist Medical Assistant with follow-up patient activities as assigned
Maintain orders module in EMR including, obtaining results from healthcare partners, following up with patients on outstanding orders, resolution of orders
Assist with QI team QI goals, including outreach to patients who receive related referrals or test orders and follow up on MA aspects of Health Reminders
Qualifications:
Satisfactory completion of In-House Training for related responsibilities.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
High school Diploma or GED
Ability to relate well to people from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
Bilingual (Spanish/English or Hmong/English) preferred.
