We consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, religion, color, sex, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or veteran status, among other factors./nJOB DESCRIPTION/nResponsible for the analysis and processing of a variety of complex alternative investment transaction requests for fund companies and their shareholders; including, capital calls, tender offers and distributions within client standards for productivity and accuracy., Create and deliver standard, custom and ad hoc reports and respond to telephone inquiries from existing shareholders, institutional clients, and broker/dealers regarding transactions and specific account information./xc2/xa0 Attend and participate in client onboarding meetings to understand new client needs and expectations and meet with existing clients as needed,/xc2/xa0 Researches shareholder requests to ensure compliance with SEC, STA, and internal policies and procedures./nBasic Qualifications/n * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience/n * Minimum two years of related work experience, such as accounting/financial transactions and customer service/nPreferred Skills/Experience/n * Ability to collect, interpret, and apply diverse client/fund information and regulatory guidelines/n * Ability to perform multiple tasks in a dynamic working environment with minimal supervision/n * Excellent verbal and written communication skills/n * Proficient mathematical and computer skills/n * Excellent customer service skills/nTelecommuting/Office Location/Hours/n * During the pandemic this position will be onboarded and worked remotely/from home.
