Job Description

You may be a great fit for our inside sales team You will be supported by a strong leadership team with an abundance of opportunity to learn new things and develop the skills that are vital to your success General Job Description: Prospect for new clients on a daily basis from various lead sources Respond to inbound leads from all internet lead sources, sign calls, and etc. Schedule appointments for Listing and Buyer Specialists Input/manage client & lead databases Conduct lead follow up & nurture leads until appointments are set Communicates professionally and effectively with peers, superiors, customers in written and verbal form Necessary Skills: Ability to practice, memorize, and internalize scripts Ability to block out distractions and listen intently to the conversation that is occurring Creates a sense of comfort and familiarity through their ability to build rapport Excellent organizational and time management skills Detail-oriented Results oriented and high achiever Basic understanding of computers and navigating the Internet Confident telephone voice Able to obtain a real estate license Valid real estate license and sales experience preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields Familiarity with CRM platforms Ability to build rapport with clients Strong negotiation skills Deadline and detail-oriented
