Grounds Maintenance
Specific Responsibilities:
Main duties will include but not be limited to:
*Using a bobcat to unload smaller dumpsters into larger dumpsters
*Mowing the grass with hand/riding lawn mowers
*Weeding, ability to use hand tools and weed-whacker
*Snow removal; using bobcat and shovel, as well as salting walkways
*Picking up garbage around outside perimeters of the plant
*Compressing cardboard in cardboard compactor
Knowledge/Skills Required:
*Ability follow directions/instructions
Experience/Education Required:
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the industrial maintenance field, preferably within a food manufacturing environment.

Knowledge/Skills Required:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to move through different work areas and climb ramps, step stools and ladders.
- Prior experience operating a bobcat
- Prior experience with lawn & landscaping equipment
- Ability to work in temperature variances
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with management staff and employees
- Experience operating a bobcat a plus!
