Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Inventory Control Clerk that is self-motivated, energetic, and a take charge individual.
 
Job Responsibilities:
  1. Offer exceptional customer service to all SSCHC internal customers.
  2. Inventory clinical storeroom supplies and keep storerooms, medical refrigerators and exam rooms stocked and organized (and clean where appropriate)
  3. Anticipate and accommodate changes and fluctuations in material needs changes.
  4. Participate in the security and integrity of supplies, including the retrieval, receiving, transport and storage of materials.

  • Maintaining vaccine inventory levels including receipt and stocking of vaccines
  • Reviewing refrigerated multidose medication vials for 28-day expiration dates
  • Safely transport supplies between various sites
  • Complete vaccine training sponsored by the Wisconsin Immunization Program and help disseminate new knowledge.
  1. Reorder standing order stock items in accordance with established minimum and maximum stock levels, projected usage, and estimated date of delivery.
  2. Reorder janitorial supplies to maintain stock at each site.
  3. Verify receipt of stock ordered where applicable, reconciling any discrepancies on invoices with vendors.
  4. Assists with periodic fixed asset inventories.
  5. Serve as back up for Purchasing Manager.
  6. Other duties as assigned.
 
Qualifications:
  1. High School diploma or GED.
  2. Valid Wisconsin driver’s license and use of automobile.
  3. Working knowledge of computer software.
  4. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  5. Ability to organize, list and tabulate data.
  6. Ability to relate well to people from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
  7. Ability to communicate effectively with vendors.
  8. Must be able to lift to 50lbs.
