Job Description
Position Summary:
The Marketing Specialist is a key member of the Brewer marketing team and is responsible for coordinating and implementing innovative campaigns for marketing, branding and product launches. As the Brewer marketing specialist, you will be actively involved in Brewer’s overall marketing efforts, including researching target audiences, content creation and deployment via various marketing channels (social media, email, website and traditional media), tracking campaign results and tradeshow coordination.

Essential Responsibilities: (other duties as assigned)
  • Demonstrate the Brewer Company’s core values of Learn, Innovate, Integrity and Collaboration (LINC)
  • Develop, implement, and track marketing campaigns for multiple channels including email, social media, website, traditional and digital campaigns.
  • Coordinate tradeshow activities, including booth reservation, logistics planning and help attending staff members plan for the show.
  • Collaborate with other internal teams (Examples: Product Managers, Customer Service and Sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze and report on the performance and effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Control all promotional inventory and literature media, including ordering and replenishment.
  • Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.
  • Develop, create, and deploy marketing materials, including sales and product collateral.
  • Support new product introduction activities to ensure successful launches.
  • Utilize video to showcase Brewer products and tell the Brewer story.
  • Uphold Brewer’s quality policy and operating philosophies in all activities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Journalism, English, or Communications required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or communications.
  • Experience developing marketing campaigns for multiple channels, including blogs, website, print, press releases, social media, and email.
  • Experience communicating with both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and marketing.
  • Experience in creating and editing videos for social media, blogs, YouTube, and websites
  • Skilled using Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Medical or dental equipment marketing experience preferred.
  • Regular and consistent attendance required
 
Physical / Mental Demands:
  • Lifting up to 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
  • The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions
  • The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading
