Coordinate all start up procedures to achieve a timely startup on all equipment/machines
Coordinate line people according to set schedule.
Coordinate in conjunction with the supervisor all involved duties to achieve a smooth operation.
Know all the jobs in production to be able to fill in for other employees if needed.
Ability to communicate in English.
Basic math skills.
Ability to supervise people.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow directions.
Prior production experience.
Prior supervisory/lead position responsibility experience preferred.
To move objects up to 80 pounds including finished product boxes, equipment, empty pallets.
To use hoses of water to clean floors and equipment.
To drive a forklift and pallet jack.
To read the different recipes and get ingredients ready for mixing.
To move throughout the different work areas including climbing on ladders, step stools and small ramps.
To visually inspect products and work performance on all the lines.
To fill out production reports and logs.
