Position Summary: Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, the Product Quality Assurance will support the quality and compliance of our products and service. Essential Responsibilities: (other duties as assigned)
Inspect incoming materials or finished goods to drawings and specifications.
Generate nonconforming material records (NCMRs), as appropriate.
Review returned material for authorization. Work with Customer Experience to resolve unauthorized returns per terms and conditions.
Review documentation and returned material for defects per defined processes, and route to appropriate next based on conditions identified.
Receive product and moving inventory in ERP system.
Operate forklift.
Material handling activities to include load and unload containers or trailers.
Additional duties as assigned to support Operations and Quality Departments.

Basic measurement experience and understanding
Ability to measure with ruler to 1/64” and convert to decimal.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and ERP system use.
It is expected that candidates have outstanding communication skills, both written and oral.
Forklift experience desired.

Ability to lift, bend, walk, and stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift 35-40 lbs. frequently – estimated a few times per day.

Grasping. Applying pressure to an object with the fingers and palm.
