This is where you'll do your part to make Johnsonville great, by keeping our machines, lines and facilities running. You and your maintenance teammates will be responsible for all production and industrial refrigeration equipment, as well as our electrical and controls systems. By participating in this Junior Maintenance Technician program you will work side by side with the Maintenance Team doing exactly that. You will be able to develop your understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic skills as well as participate in continuous improvement activities.
