Maintenance Engineer
Full-time - 1st Shift
8:00AM-4:30PM

Experienced and Skilled Maintenance Engineer needed at our beautiful Harwood Place Retirement Community, located in the heart of Wauwatosa.

Candidates considered will have at least two years experience in HVAC systems, electrical and/or plumbing, trouble shooting, preventative maintenance, and repair.

Prior work experience as a Maintenance Engineer/Technician in a Retirement Community, Nursing Home, Hospital, or Residential Property strongly desired.

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Certification in HVAC, plumbing or electrical repair preferred.
