Receptionist Part-time
Tuesday Evenings
4:30PM-8:00PM
Then, Every fourth (4th) Friday Evening and Every Other Saturday and Sunday
8:00AM-2:00PM/2:00PM-8:00PM
Professional and friendly receptionist needed to answer multi-line phone system, greet residents and visitors and direct visitors.
This person must possess DYNAMIC customer service skills and patience.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, and Outlook E-Mail). Prior receptionist or clerical experience required.
Position hours are:
Every Tuesday evening and every fourth (4th) Friday from 4:30PM-8:00PM and every other weekend from 8:00AM-2:00PM or 2:00PM-8:00PM and every other holiday. Start time and end time can not be adjusted.
