Job Description

Program Coordinator

Full-time

Monday - Friday


The program coordinator will identify and facilitate active programming appropriate for the resident population on our Memory Care Assisted Living Unit.
This individual will be responsible for conducting activities on a regular basis. Other duties include, maintaining monthly calendar, coordinating and scheduling all community outings with residents, providing training with staff to assure activities are carried out as intended and coordinating supplies and materials for staff use during programming.  

Education:
At least a high school education or equivalent is required.

Experience:
At least one year of experience facilitating activities with seniors.  Experience working on a Dementia unit is ideal.
